Refund Policy for Grandiose Tech

- You have accessed more than 50% of the course content.
- The refund request is made after 14 days from the date of purchase.

- Review Your Request: Evaluate your eligibility based on our refund policy.
- Confirmation: Send you an email confirming receipt of your refund request and informing you of the outcome within 7 business days.
- Processing: If approved, process the refund to your original method of payment within 14 business days. The time frame for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Courses purchased during a promotional offer or at a discounted price.
- Courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed.
- Downloaded course materials.
5. Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.
